Welcome
UEA owns and maintains 46 two-bedroom, centrally-heated houses, to let to UEA students who have children. Many of these houses are on campus, and all properties are within easy access of schools, shops, public transport and other amenities.
Only a small number of vacancies arise in our Family Houses each year, and most students have to find their own accommodation in the private sector. For information and advice regarding private student accommodation, contact the Student Union Advice Centre – email homerun@uea.ac.uk.
For information about local schools and the UK school system, check out the Norfolk County Council website www.norfolk.gov.uk. UEA’s Nursery has moved into a brand-new child-friendly building, and can now offer more places: see www.ueanursery.co.uk/nursery
For information and advice about all aspects of student life at UEA, see the Dean of Students’ Office website at www.uea.ac.uk/menu/admin/dos
