Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for a Family House, you must be a full-time UEA student with dependent children. First year international students are given priority, but students from the UK and returning students may also apply.
We only offer housing to confirmed students. If you are offered a Family House, you are eligible to renew your tenancy each year, until you complete your course.
Due to limited availability, Family Housing is not guaranteed, and we are often unable to offer accommodation to students with families. We strongly advise international students not to arrange travel for your families unless you are certain you have somewhere to live.
Family Housing is for students who have their own children. Unfortunately, we do not have any accommodation for couples. Part-time and Registration Only students are not eligible for University accommodation.
