Checking In
To pick up the keys to your flat, you should check-in at the Student Accommodation Office after 10am and before 5pm on the day of arrival, we are located on the Street (see campus map). You will be required to sign a Licence Agreement for your flat, and we recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions of the UEA Visitor Flat Licence Agreement in advance of your arrival.
The Accommodation Office has a limited reception service. Our opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and we can not offer a check-in service outside of these hours. We do not have staff available to help carry luggage, and visitors booked in to the Ziggurat flats should particularly note that there may be several flights of stairs to navigate.
Checking Out
To check-out, you simply need to return any keys, swipe cards or parking permits which may have been issued to you, by 10am on the day of departure. It is sometimes possible to allow later check-out times: please request this in advance if needed.
