Browse Flats
The majority of our Visitor Flats are located in the Ziggurats and Suffolk Walk. We have 10 Ziggurat flats in Norfolk and Suffolk Terrace, each containing a single bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living area with kitchenette. We have three flats in Constable Terrace, each with a double bedroom, separate shower room, kitchen and lounge/diner.
There are currently seven flats in Suffolk Walk, each comprising a double room, twin room, bathroom, kitchen and large louge/diner. We have an additional flat in Nelson Court offering similar facilities.

Flat Facilities
All flats on campus are provided with bedding and bed linen, and basic kitchen equipment (including hob, microwave or oven, kettle, toaster or grill, fridge-freezer, pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils). Items such as towels and toiletries are NOT provided.
Campus flats will be cleaned and bed linen changed once per week. As the occupant of a Visitor Flat, you will be expected to keep your flat reasonably clean and tidy and to do your own washing-up (basic cleaning and washing-up materials provided). There is an ironing board and iron in each flat, but no washing machine - visitors may use the launderette on campus.
Each flat on campus has a University Network connection for free unlimited use of the university network and internet (access available for UEA staff only). Flats in nelson court and suffolk walk have the use of a University Telephone Extension.
Parking
The accommodation Office holds a small number of parking permits for Visitor Flat residents. Please apply in advance for your permit. If a parking permit is not available for you during your stay, you will be unable to park on campus.
